TENDER NOTICE: PROVISION OF GENERAL INSURANCE SERVICES- PROPERTY INSURANCE

Machakos University invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for Provision of General Insurance- Property Insurance.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at Machakos University – Procurement Unit during normal office working hours.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at Machakos University and be addressed to:-

Machakos University
P O Box 136 – 90100,
Machakos, Kenya.
And dropped in Tender Box situated at the Administration Block, Main Campus in Machakos, so as to reach the University NOT LATER THAN 10.00 A.M on or before Thursday 21st May, 2020.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidate’s representatives who choose to attend at Conference Room 11.
