SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF ELECTROCHEMICAL ANALYZER TENDER

Machakos University invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Training And Commissioning Of ElectroChemical Analyzer.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the Procurement Office, Main campus during normal working hours.

A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from www.mksu.ac.ke free of charge. Bidders who download the tender document are required to email their details and tender number to po@box5317.temp.domains for purposes of addenda and recording.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and name be deposited in the Tender Box at The Main Campus, Reception Area, Administration Block or be addressed and posted to Vice-Chancellor, P.O Box 136-90100, Machakos, Kenya so as to be received on or Before

Thursday, 21st January, 2021 at 10.00 am.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at Conference Room 11.
