INVITATION TO TENDER: PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES

  • The Machakos University invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Cleaning Services for the year 2021/2022 at the University for a period of one (1) year. Site visit is mandatory and will be done on Wednesday 6th  October 2021
  • Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website: www.mksu.ac.ke or http://www.tenders.go.ke/.
  • A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of KES1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
  • Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website: www.mksu.ac.ke or http://www.tenders.go.ke/. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to Procurement Officer, Machakos University, P.O. Box 136 – 90100, Machakos; po@box5317.temp.domainsto facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
  • All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 150,000 in form of bank or Insurance Guarantee approved by PPRA valid for 180 days from tender opening date.
  • The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
  • Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 13th October, 2021 at 10.00 am.Electronic Tenders will notbe permitted.
  • Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
  • Late tenders will be rejected.
