GOVERNMENT SPONSERED STUDENTS (GSS) WHO HAVE SURPASSED PROGRAMME DURATION

This is to inform all the students that those who have surpassed their programme duration will not be considered for funding by the Universities Funding Board starting the next Academic Year.  The permitted University period is four (4) years for non-Engineering students and (5) five years for Engineering students, beyond which one is regarded as having surpassed his/her programme duration.

Machakos University has 263 students who have surpassed their programme duration.  The affected students are required to liase with Office of the Registrar (ASA) for further guidance and information. Please see the list of affected Machakos University students attached herewith.
