CLEARANCE OF CURRENT LEVEL OF STUDY BEFORE MOVING TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF STUDY

This is to bring to attention of all students that there has been a tendency of students seeking to move from one level of study to the next level of study before clearing the current level. All units of one level must be cleared to move to the next level of study.

Next round of supplementary/special examinations dates will be communicated later.

Any student who would wish to defer with acceptable reasons should do so within the first five weeks after beginning of a semester.
