TO    : ALL FINAL YEAR STUDENTS                                18^TH December, 2020                                              

 SUBJECT: 2019/2020 ACADEMIC YEAR EXAMINATION RESULTS

This is to inform all the final year students that the University Board of Examiners in its meeting on Tuesday 15^th December, 2020 approved the 2019/2020 Academic year Examination results.

The 2019/2020 Academic year Examination results have been posted on the students’ portals.  Supplementary and Special Examinations have been scheduled to be administered between 18^th January 2021 and 22^nd January, 2021.  Students who have either failed some units or have been approved to sit for special examination are advised to prepare to sit for the examinations during the stated period.  The respective students will be required to register for the supplementary and Special examinations from Monday 4^th January, 2021 to Tuesday 12^th January, 2021.

Communication will be released in due course on when the final year students will clear with the University and apply for the 5^th graduation of Machakos University.
